No matter if you are a licensed KO Approach user or not, we will do the best we can to assist you.

Problem and Bug Reporting

Experiencing a problem? We value your feedback! By reporting a problem, you help us provide fixes as soon as possible.

When describing a problem, please try to detailed. Explain the steps needed to reproduce the problem. Also, make sure that you specify the following data:

  1. The product version
  2. The OS version
  3. Processor brand (i.e. Intel, AMD)
  4. Hardware architecture (i.e. x86, x64)
  5. Any other Shell enhancement tools installed on your computer

Requesting Additional Activation Keys

Sometimes you make a hardware update that renders your copy of KO Approach unregistered. Depending on your License type and previous activations made, our Activation Service may or may not have additional activations available for you.

In case, the number of activations has expired, you can request additional activations. To do that, please describe the hardware update that you made. Also, mention any additional details to help us identify you and assist you in a best possible way.

For KODO Atumi Users

At present, KODO Atumi is in the pre-release alpha stage, which means that you may eventually experience problems such as instability or even program crashes.

Please describe the problem and the steps needed to reproduce it. Also, specify the following data:

  1. The product version
  2. The OS version
  3. Processor brand (i.e. Intel, AMD)
  4. Hardware architecture (i.e. x86, x64)
  5. The version of the .NET Framework installed

Generally, we recommend that you run KODO Atumi with the most recent version of the .NET Framework. Very often, updating the .NET Framework can improve performance or even eliminate the problem at all.
